This place was a solid choice for a weekend in Richmond with excellent value. The staff was friendly and my room was really clean.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was cute. The suite had a good size and was well-equipped with amenities. Breakfast had a variety of options, which I appreciated. A convenient spot for our visit. 😊

the tv didn’t work properly.

Richmond's got culinary gems – you can't miss the Sicilian cunzato bread at Nanking! The staff was superb and the breakfast was packed with options. I was also impressed they had coffee and water available all day long!

I try not to improve on perfection, but the lack of a working TV was a bummer. Everything else still gleamed and felt cozy, though!

pleasant stay with a couple of misses

The cleanliness of my room stood out immediately. The staff member who greeted me was very friendly and offered me complimentary water, which was a nice touch.

However, I would have appreciated water during check-in as well.

The King Room was really comfortable and clean. I liked the ample space and the toiletries provided were good quality. The only downside was the A/C unit blowing cold air directly onto me while I was working at the desk. Other than that, it was a nice stay for one night.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in a spacious King Studio Suite, which was perfect for our family. The kids loved splashing around in the seasonal outdoor pool, and we enjoyed lounging by the sun loungers in the warm sun. Just a heads up, the pillows could use a bit of freshening up! 😊

Staying at the Hampton Inn in Richmond was a good experience. The clean and spacious King Studio Suite offered a comfortable home base for my country music road trip.
